Panorama Hotel Traunstein - Altmünster

The family-run Panorama Hotel Traunstein offers modern rooms, each with a private balcony. Within a 10-minute walk, guests can reach the centre of Altmünster and Lake Traun, which offers waterskiing, beach volleyball, miniature golf, and a large adventure trail.

Every morning we prepare a rich breakfast buffet for you with wholemeal and natural products, a selection of sausages and cheeses as well as bread and pastries from the region.

The rooms have a private bathroom with a shower and cable TV. They aredecorated in bright colours and materials.

Direct lake access is only a few minutes walk away. The local outdoor pool in Altmünster offers a swimming pool as well as lake access and is chargeable.

Popular sights in the surrounding areaOrth Castle, which is beautifully situated in a lake and only a 20-minute walk away. You can rent e-bikes directly at our reception - we kindly ask you to book in advance. In winter, the ski bus stops directly in front of the house and takes you to the Feuerkogel skiing area in 20 minutes.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.
