Room or apartment in Obergurgl – at 1,930 metres above sea level, surrounded by the impressive natural scenery of the Ötztal Alps. In our family-run house, managed with genuine care and attention to detail, we welcome you to a place to arrive, unwind and feel completely at ease.

Our newly redesigned, modern rooms combine stylish comfort with a delightful start to the day: in both winter and summer, a generous breakfast buffet awaits you, while during the quieter mid-season we lovingly serve breakfast at your table.

For guests who prefer to shape their holiday with flexibility, our cosy apartments in various sizes offer a true home away from home – individually furnished and featuring fully equipped kitchens for independent and relaxing moments. You are also welcome to order fresh bread rolls from us for each day of your stay.

A garage, ski and bike storage room, as well as a welcoming common lounge, provide additional comfort. Especially popular is our in-house café with bar – a cosy meeting place for pleasant conversations and relaxed moments after a fulfilling day in the mountains.

In winter, our sauna invites you to unwind six days a week. The ski slopes, ski school and direct access to the ski area are located right next to the Alpenresidenz, and the ski bus stop is only 70 metres away. In summer, numerous hiking trails begin right at our doorstep.

From late May to mid-October, the Ötztal Premium Card is included in the price and offers numerous complimentary services and discounts, including free use of the region’s mountain lifts and buses.
