The offer comprises spacious family suites for up to 8 people, comfortable family apartments with several bedrooms, childrens playrooms and a large garden with swimming pool and leisure and play facilities. The “Knights and Princesses Play World” is especially popular.

The house is located directly next to the Reither Kogel family ski area, which also features a toboggan run, a ski school, a ski rental shop, a tennis court, an ice-skating rink and a supermarket, meaning you can enjoy a car-free holiday. There is also a free regional bus service (Regiobus), whichguests can use for excursionsthe surrounding area. After a long ski day, the cosy farmers parlour invites to linger.

On 3 evenings per week guests can take part in night skiing with flood lights. The ski area Wiedersbergerhorn is reachable by ski bus in 10 minutes and offers a connection to the Skijuwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau Ski Area.

The Alpbachtal-Seenland Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits, activities and discounts in every season, including free use of local cable cars in summer and free use of local buses throughout the year.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.

The Tyrol Family Suite on the ground floor is very spacious and luxuriously furnished. The centrepiece is a cosy Tyrolean farmers’ parlour with tiled stove, stove bench and a fancy double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven and 4 hot plates, dishwasher and features a bar. There are 2 TVs and direct access to the sunny garden with its big children’s playground. The suite will be cleaned once on departure. Bed linen, bath and hand towels are included in the price. A baby cot is provided on request. The private showers and toilets of the suite are located within the apartment on a separate floor and are accessible via stairs. ;

The Family Apartments (52 m²) are ideal for families of 4 to 6 people or couples travelling together. 52 m² apartment: Living room, fully equipped kitchen (including 4 hot plates, oven and dishwasher), bedroom with double bed, bedroom with double bed and extra bed, bedroom with single bed, 2 x showertoilet, balcony (south- and west-facing).
