These new and bright apartments are very quietly located in the Alte Donau recreation area. The centre is an 8-minute metro ride away.

The AJO Apartments - Alte Donau Garden Flat - Self-Check-in is just 1 metro stop away from the UN organisations and the Donauzentrum Shopping Centre. Air conditioning is possible at a surcharge and payable directly upon arrival.

The property provides a free city map and a metro plan and offerguests a welcoming gift upon arrival.

The completely furnished self-catering apartments have a complete kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels and bed linen are provided, and there is a washing machine for common use.

The short-term parking zone is valid onpublic roads in Vienna from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Parking is only allowed with a parking ticket.

You can make free use of the large terrace and the garden or enjoy walking and biking along the Alte Donau.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:00.

Please note that the apartment has no reception. Only self check-in is possible.the information and instructions regarding self check-in will be forwarded by the property and have to be confirmed back before arrival. The property is reachable via phone daily, from 09:00-21:00.

Early check-ins and late check-outs are available against a surcharge, on request and upon prior confirmation from the hotel only.
